How care works at the practice — the services offered, and the policies that keep it safe, private, and predictable.
Medication Management. A wholistic approach that brings psychosocial, spiritual, and lifestyle factors into rational, evidence-based medication care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and adjustment disorders. Start with an initial evaluation, then continue with follow-up appointments.
Individual Psychotherapy. Exploring the connection of mind, spirit, and behavior to help you reach your goals for healthier living. Learn more about psychotherapy.
Couples Psychotherapy. For the right couples, therapy to repair the miscommunication beneath conflict and find a healthier path forward.
Care is provided primarily by secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth video to residents of Louisiana and California. In-person visits are available in Zachary, Louisiana on an as-needed basis. You'll need a private space and a device with a camera.
This is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. A detailed superbill is provided that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; coverage varies by plan. See the Fee Schedule for current fees.
Prescribing is rational and evidence-based and integrated with your overall plan. Certain controlled medications carry additional requirements or limitations when care is delivered by telehealth; these will be discussed with you individually.
New and existing patients can schedule online. Please provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to someone else. (Cancellation-window and any associated fee to be confirmed.)
