This is a cash-pay practice — we do not accept or bill insurance. By scheduling a new-patient appointment, you agree to be charged the $400 Comprehensive Initial Psychiatric Evaluation fee 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

After your visit you'll receive a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. See the Fee Schedule for all fees.
